Butterfly Basics Project Sheet

I love butterflies and this stamp set is one of my favorites.

Butterfly Basics

Supplies:

• Stamp Sets – Butterfly Basics (w)#138813 (c)#138816 (p)#137154
• Card Stock – Very Vanilla #101650 , Wild Wasabi #108641 , Crumb Cake #120953
• Stamp Pads – Wild Wasabi #126959 , Crumb Cake #126975, Chocolate Chip #126979, Calypso Coral #126983
• Misc. – Sponge #101610, Brick Wall Embossing Folder #138288, Bold Butterfly Framelits #138135

Measurements:

• Crumb Cake base 5 ½ x 8 ½ folded
• Wild Wasabi Cardstock layer 4 X 5 ¼
• Very Vanilla Cardstock layer 3 ¾ x 5
• Scrap Very Vanilla for Butterfly

Instructions:

1. Stamp fern in Wild Wasabi, stamp once then stamp again without reinking on Very Vanilla layer
2. Stamp with netting stamp in Calypso Coral
3. Stamp Sending Wishes Your Way with Chocolate Chip
4. Stamp “dashed stamp” with Chocolate chip as shown
5. Run stamped Very Vanilla layer thru Brick Wall Embossing Folder
6. Sponge lightly using Crumb Cake ink
7. Note: the Stamped Antenna was from another set called Watercolor Wings, but you can draw your own with a Chocolate chip marker
8. Attach all layers with snail adhesive or adhesive of your choice
9. Stamp Butterfly with Calypso Coral ink
10. Cut Butterfly out using Bold Butterfly framelits
11. Attach Butterfly with a dimensional to Very Vanilla stamped layer
